Core Responsibilities

1) Wind project development in Korea (from scratch to financial close)

2) Site screening and feasibility study

3) Manage M&A opportunities.

4) Manage and maintain dialogue with external stakeholders (local developer, landowner, community, and authority)

5) Lead relevant permits (Development Permit, Urban Management Plan, EIA and etc.,)

6) Manage relevant consultants.

7) Reporting and communication with HQ

8) Present and brand the project externally at events, conferences and in media when required.


Qualifications

1) Min. 5 years of relevant experience

2) Good communication skill with strong in building network

3) Good insight and analysis on renewable energy market

4) Good at GIS program

5) Business trip domestic/overseas as needed.

6) Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred urban planning and civil/electrical/environment engineering)

7) Handling Wind Resource Assessment tools (preferred)

8) Fluent in English (preferred)
